Legal Process Division

The legal process division is responsible for all civil processes received from the courts. This includes, but is not limited to Subpoenas, Summons, Notices, Writs, Executions, and other civil process. The fee's for in state civil papers are $15.00 per defendant. Out of State and Federal Civil Process fees are $50.00 per defendant.

Baliff Section

The Bailiff Section is responsible for opening and closing of all courts of Caswell County and also maintaining courtroom security.
