The Uniformed Patrol Division is the “backbone” of the operations of the Caswell County Sheriff’s Office. With four Patrol Shifts, each shifts’ deputies respond to the 911 emergency calls for service within the 435 square miles of Caswell County. Each sworn deputy is held to the professional standard, “To Protect and To Serve”, the residents of this county. The Caswell County Sheriff’s Office has both territorial and subject matter jurisdiction, including felonies, misdemeanors, infractions, traffic violations and ordinances. Along with enforcement duties, each crime is preliminarily investigated by the Patrol Division.
